I have a little helper in the kitchen, I must confess, this helper I am madly in love with and couldn’t live without and that friend is my Artisan, sad I hear you cry, but I love it to bits and use it nearly every day. Meringues made in this come out perfect every time and it takes the hard work out of baking, especially when the Tribe are at home all wanting pancakes for breakfast.

 
My Hubby (the gorgeous Hubby that he is) brought me mine for Christmas last year in Harrods a pricey gift but an investment, it is in a sexy aubergine colour and sits in my kitchen under one of the spotlights so that when they are on it lights it up, now Ok I’m with you on that one, thats sad!!! But hey, it puts a smile on my face every time I see it.
 
Well this morning I was sitting having a Chai Tea and a browse through this months Delicious magazine when I came across the above article. Wow, you have to love those amazing colours !
